A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation containing the date, time, vehicle class, route and price. Requests submitted through the website or by phone are not confirmed until we send that confirmation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, contact number and flight details you give us. Where those details are wrong or incomplete and a trip cannot be completed, the fare remains payable.

Point-to-point fares are fixed at the price quoted and include tolls, airport access fees and the wait time stated in your confirmation. Hourly and as-directed bookings are charged from the scheduled start time to the release of the vehicle, subject to the stated minimum.

Additional wait time beyond the included allowance, additional stops, route changes made on the day, extended hours and cleaning charges for damage or excessive soiling are billed in addition to the quoted fare. Rates shown on this website are estimates and not an offer of a specific price.

Sedan and SUV bookings may be cancelled without charge up to four hours before the scheduled pickup. Specialty vehicles, hourly event bookings and multi-vehicle reservations require 48 hours' notice because the vehicle is held exclusively for you.

If no passenger appears within the included wait time at the confirmed pickup point and we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full fare is payable.

Vehicle capacities stated on this website are limits, not targets, and may not be exceeded. Seat belts must be worn, and California law regarding child restraints applies to every trip.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Our chauffeurs may end a trip where a passenger's conduct is unlawful, endangers safety, or damages the vehicle; in that event the full fare remains payable.

We plan routes and pickup times with a cushion appropriate to the hour and route, but we do not control traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical failure or acts of authorities. We are not liable for missed flights, missed events or consequential losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control.

Our liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where a greater liability cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We will make reasonable efforts to return property left in a vehicle and hold recovered items for 30 days, but we are not responsible for loss of or damage to passenger property, including luggage handled by a chauffeur.

Behmo Executive Transportation LLC operates as a licensed California charter-party carrier and maintains commercial liability insurance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Orange County, California.
