Departures use the upper level curb at Terminals A, B and C. We drop directly outside your airline's check-in doors, unload the bags and you are inside in under a minute. For arrivals, your chauffeur parks and waits in the baggage claim area with a name board if you have asked for one.
For private aviation we serve the general aviation terminals on the airport's west side. Give us the FBO name and tail number and we will stage there instead, timed to the wheels-down estimate rather than a scheduled arrival.

Where we drop you off and pick you up
Terminal detail matters more than the address. Here is how each one works with a chauffeured transfer.
Terminal A
Alaska, Delta and Frontier check-in. Departures drop at the north end of the upper level curb; arrivals meet at the Terminal A baggage claim.
Terminal B
American, Spirit and Sun Country. Centre section of the upper level for departures, with the baggage claim directly below for arrivals meet-and-greet.
Terminal C
Southwest and United. South end of the upper level curb, and the busiest carousel area, so we recommend the in-terminal meet rather than a curbside call.
General aviation / FBO
Private terminals on the west side of the field. Send the FBO name and tail number and your chauffeur stages airside-adjacent, timed to the wheels-down estimate.

Two hours before a domestic departure covers SNA comfortably from anywhere in central Orange County. It is a small airport with fast security, so the pickup time is driven mostly by your distance from Santa Ana.
Yes. Send the FBO name and the tail number and we will stage at the general aviation terminal instead of the commercial curb, timed to the wheels-down estimate.
Not for us. SNA's noise curfew limits departures, and late inbound arrivals are still met. If your flight is diverted to LAX or Long Beach because of the curfew, call us and we will reposition the vehicle to wherever you actually land.
