Event transport is logistics, not driving. The difference between a good arrival and a bad one is decided hours earlier: which gate accepts black car drop-offs, where the chauffeur is permitted to stage, and how the vehicle gets back to you when 60,000 people leave at the same time.
For large venues such as SoFi Stadium, Crypto.com Arena, Honda Center and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, we pre-plan the drop point against the event's own traffic management plan and give you a named exit meeting point before you go in. Your chauffeur stages nearby rather than leaving the area, so the wait after the final whistle is measured in minutes.
For weddings and private celebrations we work to a written timeline with the planner. Multiple vehicles are dispatched as a group so the wedding party, the family and the guests each move on their own schedule without anyone being left at a curb, and the chauffeur stays with the car for the duration of the booking.

Yes. We use the designated black car and rideshare access points at each venue and confirm the specific gate with you in advance, because stadium drop points change by event type.
That is how most event bookings run. You reserve the vehicle hourly, the chauffeur stages near the venue and returns to your agreed meeting point when you text. There is no re-dispatch and no surge.
Yes. We build a written timeline with you or your planner covering each vehicle, each pickup address and each window, then dispatch them as a coordinated group with one point of contact for the day.
Hourly event bookings carry a minimum, typically three to four hours depending on the vehicle and the date. Straight point-to-point drop-offs to a venue have no minimum.
Unmarked vehicles, chauffeurs briefed only on what they need to execute the trip, and no discussion of passengers or destinations outside the operation. NDAs are available on request.
